1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services

Seniorva offers personalized matching of support services for seniors, including in-home assistance, lifestyle planning, and community engagement coordination.

3. Information Products

We provide digital guides, workshops, and instructional materials related to senior care and retirement lifestyle management. Access to these info products is granted upon successful completion of purchase.

4. Physical Goods

Seniorva may offer tangible items such as mobility aids, adaptive equipment, and wellness products designed for seniors.

5. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed through secure channels. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge applicable fees associated with your selected services, info products, or goods.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

If you cancel a scheduled service matching appointment at least 48 hours before the confirmed date, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. You may reschedule a canceled service once, subject to availability. Services that have commenced or for which personalized planning has been delivered are not eligible for a refund due to the tailored nature of the work.

6.2 Information Products

Digital materials may be downloaded immediately upon purchase. If there is a defect or error in your digital delivery, please notify us within 7 days of purchase. We will correct the issue or issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Once a digital file has been successfully accessed and without a verifiable defect, we cannot issue a refund.

6.3 Physical Goods

Tangible products can be returned in unused condition within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us via our contact form. After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. No-Refund Services

Certain premium consultations, group workshops, and exclusive one-on-one planning sessions are delivered live and begin at the scheduled start time. These services cannot be refunded once the session has commenced due to limited availability and the commitment of expert staff.

8. Modifications to Terms

Seniorva reserves the right to update or revise these terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Continued use after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
